My fiancé David and I began making our
wedding plans in the summer for our February 14, 2009
destination wedding. During this time my beloved mother took
a horrible turn with an illness she had been battling. She
passed away on September 3, 2008 in California. Needless to
say, our wedding planning stopped as we were, and still are
dealing with the various issues that surround the death
of a loved one. Just as we were feeling we needed to get
back to planning our joyous event, to give us something to
look forward to, very unexpectedly and shockingly, David's
father passed away on October 18, 2008 in Pennsylvania.
I can't even begin to describe the range of emotions David
and I were and still are dealing with, but we decided that
we and our families more than ever needed something
wonderful to look forward to and celebrate, so we began
planning once again.
Months ago I found your website and fell in love with your
exquisite invitations. With all of our tragic delays I
didn't think it would be possible to get the invitations of
my dreams on a shorter notice than anticipated.
I decided to contact your company to see if there was a
chance that this could happen. I called and left a voice
mail and received a call back from Michele the same day. I
explained our sadness of the recent events and she was so
incredibly compassionate, patient and helpful. We decided to
approach the invitation choice based on what your company
could easily produce in a timely manner.
Michele got back to me immediately with the choices, various
options etc. to make this happen for us. She took an
incredible amount of time with me discussing color
suggestions, embellishments and all elements and options for
the invitations. She responded to everyone of my email
questions in a timely manner and on a few occasions called
me to clarify items I wasn't clear about. She was just
wonderful and so well informed with discussing timing of
mailing the invitations out and small details
I may not have thought of at a time like this. I am so
appreciative of her assistance.
I am now awaiting the sample from the design team for review
and I wanted to take the time to let you know what an
outstanding employee you have in Michele. She has qualities
you don't often run across doing business these days.
Michele is detailed, kind, compassionate, patient and
extremely professional.
Michelle is a valued asset to your company and I feel
fortunate that she was the sales associate dealing with my
order.

The one most memorable and most talked about
item in our wedding which really gave our guest an insight
on the importance of our day were the invitations.
The
amount of phone calls we've received was really unexpected.
No one has ever received an invitation as glamorous as
ours. The invitation was the most important
to us because we
knew it would help us to set the mood of our wedding day
and
it did just that.

The first indication to the guest of how
amazing the wedding is going to be is the wedding

From the Bride:
What more can I say than the whole experience form beginning
to end was just wonderful. My husband
is in the Australian Army and our wedding date changed six
times due to Jake being deployed to Iraq on tow occasions
and my two brothers to Afghanistan. This made it quite
difficult for all of us. Dochelle made sure when we had to
change the date for a 5th time that the invitations were
sent to us
on time to deliver to our guests as we were going
to the USA for 5 weeks. |
Originally this was our honeymoon but due to Jake’s Army
commitments we had to have the honeymoon before we were
married as we were unable to receive a refund on the trip.
It was so funny now when I look back as when we were in the
USA we had to change the date for a 6th time as my two
brothers were then deployed to Afghanistan. Here we were
trying to change all the venues etc. while we were on our so
called honeymoon.
Dochelle Custom Creations in my opinion is the most
professional company that I have ever had to deal with and
being so far away I was a little nervous in choosing you to
make my invitations,
but I can say that the nerves soon
dissipated. I have and will continue to recommend you to
people here in Australia.

I had the first contact with Dochelle Creations
and again reiterate how wonderful the experience was from
beginning to end. I wanted my daughter’s day to be a day to
remember from the Invitations right through to the pulling of
the wedding charms for her bridesmaids. I have 3 sons whom have yet to marry
and Dochelle will be our choice for the Invitations. When the invitations were sent out,
most though we hand delivered the response that we received
was nothing short of pure exhilaration to see such exquisite
invitations. Most people told me that they have never ever
seen invitations like them before. The invitations were fit
for a princess and that was the start of a princesses
wedding.

Jason and I wanted to create a wedding that would be
