Founded in 2004, Dochelle Custom Creations quickly established its reputation as a premiere designer in the custom wedding invitation industry. Located on New York City’s Madison Avenue, Dochelle designs invitations using the most spectacular embellishments and luxurious accents such as fabrics, crystals, letterpress, custom presentation boxes and more. Carrying an extraordinary collection of wedding invitations, thank you cards, wedding programs, seating scrolls as well as the classic Seating Storybook, Dochelle offers personal design services to create a custom masterpiece that will leave a lasting impression for generations to come.
 
All wedding invitations and products are personally designed with superior craftsmanship and elegance to reflect each client’s individual style and to set the envisioned tone for their special event. Dochelle Custom Creations began their design process with one goal in mind, to provide unique designs to it’s clientele. It all began with the photograph invitation collection and progressed into six additional collections featuring custom box invitations, swarovski crystal invitations, letterpress collections and more. With the success of each of these collections additional items were created such as Seating Chart Books, Seating Chart Scrolls and more.
 
As seen in New York Weddings, The Knot, Modern Bride and Elegant Bride magazines, Dochelle’s custom designed Table Numbers and Place cards were recently featured on the television program
"MY FAIR WEDDING"

    full request. A minimum order of 50 invitations is required.
 
2. A contract will be send to you via email including all details of your order along with a
    payment option via Google checkout which allows you to finalize your order.

We accept payment using Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via Google "Buy Now" payment option.

 
Personal checks or money orders are also accepted.

PRODUCTION OF INVITATIONS
A digital proof of your wording, font style and color will be provided online for your review at which time you will have the opportunity to make any necessary revisions and/or adjustments prior to production. After this process is finalized, it will take approximately 6-8 weeks to create and ship your invitations.

RUSH SERVICE AVAILABLE
4-6 weeks production - Additional fee of 20%
2-4 weeks production - Additional fee of 30%

SHIPPING OF INVITATIONS
Items are shipped via UPS 3-5 day priority mail unless otherwise requested. You will receive a tracking number via email so that you may be able to track your package(s).

We also ship internationally.

PRICING OF INVITATIONS
All of our invitations are priced as an Invitation Set and include: Wedding Invitation, Reception Card, RSVP Card, RSVP Envelope addressed, Invitation Envelope w/return address. Some invitation sets include a presentation box. All invitations are fully assembled and delivered ready for mailing.

Refunds/Exchanges
Because of the nature of handcrafted and customized designs,  refunds, exchanges or cancellations are not accepted on any orders.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a catalog?
Since our designs are constantly changing we cannot keep an up to date catalog. Our website boutique is our online catalog.
  
How can I customize an invitation?

You can change the font, cardstock color, cardstock texture, size of the invitation, ribbon and/or other embellishment on any of our designs according to your desires. If you envision a completely new design we will guide and assist you in capturing your individual style in your final creation. Digital images of your customized invitations will be provided to you at no additional cost. You may go through several changes before finalizing your creation.
 
Is there a minimum order required?
Yes, a minimum order of 50 invitations is required.
   
How long will it take to receive my invitations?

Once your order is confirmed your items will ship 6-8 weeks after your payment is received and wording selections are finalized. Items are shipped via UPS 3-5 day priority mail unless otherwise requested. You will receive a tracking number so that you may be able to track your package(s).

When should my invitations be mailed?
Your invitations should be mailed approximately 8-10 weeks before your wedding. If you’re planning a destination wedding we recommend mailing your invitations approximately 4-6 months before your wedding to ensure that you and your guests will have plenty of time to finalize additional details.
 
Is your website secure?
Yes, all of the information you submit will be encrypted during transit. You can see the small lock at the bottom of your web browser.
  
What kind of printing do you offer?
All invitations are printed using a modern "Flat Print" method. Other printing methods are available upon request.
 
Do you offer addressing?
Yes, we offer printed addressing for an additional fee of $3.50 per envelope.
 
Do you offer wrapping and addressing of boxed invitations?
Yes, we offer wrapping and addressing of our boxed invitations for an additional fee of $6.00 per invitation. A sample of a wrapped invitation can be viewed at www.dochelle.com/images/grandcollection_wrappedbox.jpg
 
Do you offer save the date cards, programs, menus and place cards to coordinate with my invitations?
Yes, any item can be created to compliment your wedding invitation.
 
How do I submit photos?
All photographs must be emailed to us and should be at least 300 dpi. If you’re using a digital camera be sure to use the highest quality the camera will allow.
 
Can I view your designs in person?
Consultations are available every friday at our offices located at 330 Madison Avenue, New York, New York. For availability and to schedule a consultation to meet with a designer and a sales manager please call 646-495-5086.There is a $200.00 consultation fee which will be deducted from any purchase.
